Hello there, I'm Elle — a birth and family photographer based on Gunditjmara Country in Portland, Victoria. I work with families across the southwest and beyond, quietly documenting the beautiful, in-between moments that tell your story honestly and tenderly. 

My background in nursing has shaped how I show up in this work: calm, grounded, and always guided by respect. I know how sacred these seasons are — pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the ever-changing rhythm of family life. I also know they move quickly. My role is to help you pause, breathe, and hold onto what matters most. 

I don’t do stiff poses or polished perfection. I work gently, with presence and purpose, capturing real connection — the way your baby fits in your arms, the quiet moments after birth, the way your family moves together without even realising it. Whether I’m in your home, at your birth, or out in the golden light, my approach is always about creating space for you to just be. 

This is more than photography. It’s storytelling. It’s memory-keeping. It’s a way to honour your experience — whatever that looks like — and create something that feels real, timeless, and truly yours.
